  • Sign up for LAGREE 40 or LAGREE 50 to learn what transforming your body on a Mega is all about.

  • Experience a full-body, 30 minute workout on the VersaClimber. Improve both your cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength as you have some fun sweating and climbing to the beat of music. This efficient climb will leave you feeling energized and accomplished. It's a quick, effective way to elevate your fitness.

  • MEGAROUNDS 50. Enough said. You want to sign up for MEGAROUNDS 50.

FREE INTRo class

Experience our studio with a FREE Intro class happening every Saturday at 11AM!

New to Lagree, climbing, or our studio? This introductory session is perfect for you. We'll introduce you to the MegaPro and the VersaClimber, plus guide you through some basic movements. You will leave feeling confident and prepared for your first class. Upon completion of the Intro, you'll gain access to exclusive New Client FOCUS specials. **GRIP SOCKS AND SHOES ARE REQUIRED**

LAGREE 40

This is your 40-minute total-body workout on the MegaPro that builds muscular strength, cardio endurance and mental resilience. Every class is high intensity and low impact perfect for all fitness levels. Every move can be dialed up or dropped down to accommodate your individual goals. The Lagree method includes quick transitions from one move to the next keeping that heart rate up and those muscles shaking. **GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED**

LAGREE 50

This is your 50-minute total-body workout on the MegaPro offering 10 extra minutes of fire to light up your core and carve out your muscles. The high-intensity, low-impact Lagree method delivers on building strength, enhancing endurance, and challenging your mental resilience. The quick transitions will keep your heart rate elevated and muscles engaged. Modifications are available for all fitness levels.**GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED**

CLIMB 30

A cardio class like nothing you’ve experienced before. The VersaClimber is a vertical climbing machine that provides a low-impact, high-intensity cardio and resistance training workout.  The 30 minute musically-driven, energy-packed class takes you in and out of working internals. Expect to be challenged as you build your cardio endurance and stamina. **SHOES AND HYDRATION ENCOURAGED**

MEGAROUNDS 50

Get ready to SWEAT! Maximize your results with this dynamic 50-minute class. Experience the perfect blend of strength training and cardio. 25 minutes of Lagree on the MegaPro will sculpt and tone your body, followed by 25 minutes of climbing to the beat on the Versa for a full-body cardio blast. Prepare to challenge yourself and achieve incredible results. **GRIP SOCKS AND SHOES ARE REQUIRED**
