  • Sign up for CLIMB 30 and enjoy the high-intensity but low impact perfected version of athletic conditioning.

  • Sign up for LAGREE 40 to learn what transforming your body on a Mega is all about.

  • LAGREE ADVANCED 50 is made for you. Sign up immediately if not sooner. 

  • MEGAROUNDS 50. Enough said. You want to sign up for MEGAROUNDS 50.

FREE INTRo class

We highly recommend anyone new to the studio, Lagree and climbing to take this FREE intro. We’ll introduce you to the Mega & the VersaClimber plus run through some of the basic moves. We’ll give you all the prep work needed for your first class. Upon completion of the INTRO class you will be able to sign up for the New Client FOCUS specials.

LAGREE 40

This is your 40-minute full-body workout on the Lagree MegaPro™ that builds muscular strength, cardio endurance and mental endurance. We will keep you a majority of the time at the front of the Mega as you learn the names of the moves and maintain proper form and alignment. By no means does this mean easy. This is the perfect class for veteran students to brush up on the basics and get stronger by going slower.

LAGREE ADVANCED 50

If you know what giant, reverse-giant, catfish and scrambled eggs means then this is your 50-minute ADVANCED full-body workout on the Lagree MegaPro™ that continues to build muscular strength, cardio endurance and mental endurance. You will get even stronger by going even slower.  

 **GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED AND A STRONG FASHION STATEMENT**

CLIMB 20

This is your 20-minute full-body, high-intensity, low-impact, cardio interval training that works your lower AND upper body on the VersaClimber. Let the music guide you through the best bang for the sweat sesh buck.

CLIMB 30

Have more love to give on the VersaClimber? This is your 30-minute full-body, high-intensity, low-impact, cardio interval training that works both your lower AND upper body on the VersaClimber. This rhythmically based class will up your athletic conditioning.

MEGAROUNDS 50

Get. Ready. To. SWEAT! This is your 50 minute class that gives the best of both the MegaPro™ and the VersaClimber. 25 minutes of Lagree and 25 minutes on the VersaClimber. Sound easy? We challenge you to take this next level class that will ask you if you’re ready for another round.
